Biographical Information

Vincent Trocheck grew up in Pittsburgh where he played youth hockey with future U.S. and New York Rangers teammate J.T. Miller.

After playing junior hockey in Michigan, Trocheck was a third-round pick in the 2011 NHL Draft by the Florida Panthers. Trocheck made IIHF World Championship debut with the U.S. men's hockey team in 2014. He would return to the men's senior national team over a decade later when he was named to the 2025 4 Nations Face-Off roster.

Trocheck’s grandmother emigrated to the U.S. from Calabria, Italy and Sunday family dinners have been a tradition for Trocheck since he was a child. Trocheck's grandmother has hosted even his NHL teammates for a Sunday family dinner when his teams are in town visiting Pittsburgh for a game.
