Madison Hubbell is a former American ice dancer and two-time Olympian. Born in Lansing, Michigan, she began skating at age five and initially competed in ice dance with her older brother, Keiffer. She later partnered with Zachary Donohue in 2011, forming a team that became one of the most successful in U.S. ice dance history.
Hubbell and Donohue competed at two Olympic Games, winning silver in the team event and bronze in ice dance at the Olympic Winter Games Beijing 2022. They were also three-time U.S. national champions and earned four world championship medals. Their emotional and dynamic performances made them fan favorites throughout their career.
After retiring from competition in 2022, Hubbell transitioned into coaching and choreography, using her experience to mentor the next generation of skaters. Off the ice, she enjoys yoga and working with young athletes to develop their artistry and technical skills. In 2020, she hosted a virtual yoga class and donated the proceeds to the Memorial Fund, advocating for same-sex partnerships in competitive figure skating.
