Biographical Information
Jason Brown is an American figure skater and Olympian. Born in Highland Park, Illinois, he started skating at the age of three and quickly gained attention for his expressive style and technical precision.
At just 19, Brown made his Olympic debut at the Olympic Winter Games Sochi 2014, helping Team USA secure a bronze medal in the team event. His “Riverdance” free skate routine that blended traditional Irish dance elements with his unique figure skating artistry earned him instant popularity. He returned at the Olympic Winter Games Beijing 2022, finishing sixth in the men’s singles event with a career-best free skate. Throughout his career, he has won multiple U.S. national and Grand Prix medals, solidifying his reputation as one of the sport’s most artistic and charismatic skaters.
Off the ice, Brown is passionate about giving back to the community, working with Ronald McDonald House Charities and donating stuffed animals thrown to him during performances. He also enjoys creating content and has a strong social media presence.
