GETTING TO KNOW RITTER
A force from the circle, the 2005 Canada Cup marked the first time this 2005 National Champion wore the Red, White and Blue as part of the elite team. She will now wear it in her first appearance at the National Team level. A strong athletic family background, this Wolverine says “Softball does so many things to prepare you for life. It is a great opportunity to learn mental toughness.” Following in her sister’s footsteps, who also pitched at Michigan, she began softball as a young child and says her family inspires her the most.
