Allison Howell was born in New Jersey and started curling alongside her brother Tom at age 4.
Like her brother Tom, she was a two-time national junior champion.
Howell, as a member of Team Cousins, was the 2025 national runner-up and qualified for her second U.S. Olympic Trials.
Howell graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2022 with a degree in nutritional science and is currently a graduate student at UWM, aiming to become a registered dietitian.
