Dutcher has jettisoned himself onto the 2016 U.S. Paralympic Team after phenomenal performance at the 2016 U.S. Paralympic Team Trials, having entered the meet as a member of the U.S. Paralympic Emerging Team....Son of David and Kimberly Dutcher…Has four siblings, Kyle, Chad, Trey and Brooke…Interests include public speaking, hanging out with friends, hiking, gaming and serving in the community…Keeps his mood light by playing pranks on people with his prosthetic.
