Robyn Stawski attended Winter Park High School (Winter Park, Fla.) and competed in swimming, which served as her introduction to U.S. Paralympics. In 2002, Stawski was challenged to consider competing in track and field, and from that point on never looked back. She graduated from the University of South Florida and Southeastern University in 2005 with a Bachelor's degree in public relations and journalism and competed in athletics at the college level for two years.
