    Son of Alina and Mark Hedberg...He has an older brother, Jacob, who was also a diver...Joshua likes to work out and listen to music...He trains five hours a day, five days a week...Started out as in trampoline and tumbling at age before starting to compete in diving at age 8...When he qualified for trampoline/tumbling nationals and diving junior nationals in the same year, his parents asked him to choose, and he decided diving would be his focus moving forward...He competed in her first diving junior nationals in 2016 ...His favorite dive is 407C on 10-meter...Likes to listen to alternative rock between dives (particularly Bilmuri, Don Broco, and Foster The People)...His favorite diver is David Boudia, and his favorite book is Boudia's Greater Than Gold...He would love to meet Greg Louganis because they share the same birthday...Has a gluten allergy and says it can sometimes be challenging to find appropriate meals when away at competitions
