Hilary Knight was introduced to hockey at age five (when her family moved to Illinois) and is one of the most decorated athletes in the sport. She played college hockey at the University of Wisconsin, winning two national titles and becoming the program’s all-time leader in points and goals scored, coached by former 1980 "Miracle on Ice" hero Mark Johnson.
Knight made her Olympic debut at the Olympic Winter Games Vancouver 2010 as the youngest member of the silver medal-winning team. Knight is a record 10-time world champion and owns all three scoring milestone records (goals, assists and points) in IIHF Women's Hockey World Championships history. Knight is a four-time Olympic medalist, winning gold with Team USA at the Olympic Winter Games PyeongChang 2018.
Off the ice, Knight is focused on her golf shot and enjoys pickleball. She is a leading advocate for gender equity in sports and played a key role in creating the Professional Women’s Hockey League (PWHL).
