Served his country as a U.S. Marine for nine years... Sustained multiple traumatic brain injuries while serving three combat tours in Iraq, causing Ataxia... Stroke in 2020 reduced mobility in Connors' left side... Found Para-cycling through fellow veteran and U.S. team member Shawn Morelli, who encouraged him to try the sport... Also has represented his country as a member of the U.S. Paraclimbing team... Hobbies include rock climbing, skiing and cooking... Has two children, Kenadie and Soren, with wife Krista... Won a Paraclimbing national championship in 2022...
