At the 2008 IPC Ice Sledge Hockey World Championships, Bubba Torres, the youngest player on the roster, provided some spark and recorded two points (one goal, one assist) to help Team USA win the bronze medal. Prior to being called up to the national team, Torres was a member of the U.S. Junior Sled Hockey National Team for three seasons.  Torres was also a member of the 2010 gold medal U.S. Paralympics Sled Hockey National Team.

 

When not with the national team, Torres plays on the Pennsylvania Center-Pedes. In addition to hockey, Torres participates on his high school wrestling team at Riverside High School in New Jersey
