Age

Vadim grew up paddling (thanks to his parents) but then stopped after a spinal cord injury early in his teen years. Years later, a friend put Vadim in the front of his double kayak.

All it took was one short outing and the addiction was back! Since then, Vadim has raced regularly on open water, and recently was introduced to sprint racing. Now he is hooked, and has been training in a sprint boat for the past year.
