How did you get involved? Gabe Teeple, a strength coach of mine in college told me to consider weightlifting after my football career was over. I then took a USAW course with Harvey Newton and began training shortly thereafter

Most people don’t know that…. I wanted to quit football my very first day when I was 7-years-old, but my mother wouldn’t let me. Football eventually led me to a world-class education, my career as a strength coach and weightlifting.
