Shani Levinkind

Quick Facts

• Began playing handball at age 11
• While living in Israel, she played for the club team, B’nei Hertzeliya, and won eight straight national championships
• Was also selected to the Israeli National Team in 10th grade, and was capped 26 times over her Israeli career
• After completing her college degree, decided to play for the U.S. National Team to pursue her dream of playing in the Olympics
• Is a dual citizen of both Israel and the United States.
