Daughter of Sara and Rok, who also paddle...Hobbies include skiing, swimming, backpacking and cooking....Ria paddled the entire Grand Canyon in a slalom boat at the age of 11...By age 16 she has kayaked on four continents: North America, South America, Europe, and Oceania...She learned 4 languages by the age of 3. She is fluent in English and Slovenian....Before competing in slalom kayaking, Ria competed in synchronized Swimming and alpine skiing
