How did you get involved? I knew that I wanted to get strong to play football and throw shotput, so when I started to work out in high school, my coach realized that I was stronger than most. With the right training I could compete nationally. To succeed in college and keep up with my Olympic lifts

What year did you being lifting? I began lifting when I was in sixth grade with my dad, but I did not start Olympic lifting until eighth grade.
