Noel Parnell has been a guide runner with U.S. Paralympics since 2006, running with Paralympian Nelacey Porter.
Parnell began running his junior year of high school at Roman Catholic. He went on to run in college at Southern University in New Orleans, Louisiana, where he earned his bachelor's in biology. Parnell then moved to Raleigh, N.C. to train fulltime. He is studying to take his PCAT for entrance into pharmacy school in October.
