My mother saw it in college and wanted us to do it when we lived in Michigan but we had to be 12 years old at the time.  We were about 7 or 8 at the time we moved to Dallas and there we could start fencing at age 9.

Career Results:

2010 - Junior Olympics in Memphis, T.N., Junior and Cadet Women's Foil, 1st place

2010 - Junior World Cup in Lyon, France, 3rd place

2010 - North American Cup D in San Jose, C.A., Division 1 Women's Foil, 3rd place.

2009 - World Cup in Cabries, France, 2nd place

How did you start fencing?

Who has influenced your fencing career and how?
My family.  They support me thoughout everything which has been such a great help, especially my parents.

What is something people would be surprised to know about you?
All my siblings fence.  My 4 sisters and my brother all fence.
