Grew up with five siblings, played a few different sports in high school and ended up playing Division I soccer in college...After graduating, searched for new sports to compete in – participated in Crossfit, Strongman competitions and triathlons...Ended up giving handball a try after recommendations from friends who play in other countries...Her full- time job is running her own health & sports performance business, Elite Wellness Performance and Recovery, which has given her the flexibility to train and surround herself with the latest fitness technologies to help with her athletic performance...Loves to compete and having something to train for, so playing for Team USA is a dream come true and something she has been preparing for her whole life.
