    Fun Facts: Leblanc was born in New Orleans, La... Learned to sail at the age of 9… Began sailing and learned to race in the Optimist… At Southern Yacht Club, his fleet was very competitive…Quickly honed his racing skills through practice and competitions located all over the Gulf Coast… His dad campaigned for the 1968 and ’72 Olympic Games.
