Parents are Andres and Rosanna...Started playing tennis at age six when his mom fed him balls at a local park...Favorite shot is his forehand and favorite tournament is the US Open...Idols growing up included Pete Sampras, Andre Agassi and Roger Federer...Played college tennis for UCLA from 2012-14, capturing 2014 NCAA singles title before turning pro...Fan of the Los Angeles Lakers...Spent time at national parks such as Zion in Utah following 2020 season...If he wasn't a tennis player, he'd be a doctor like his father because he likes helping people...Enjoys being outdoors and playing other sports, especially skiing and mountain biking.
