What it means to represent the United States: It means the world to me to be able to wear USA across my chest this summer because it is something that I have dreamed of since I was a little girl. I have always idolized the players that have come before me and now that I have this opportunity in front of me, I couldn't be more grateful.
What she loves about softball: I love the game, but something that I enjoy the most is the friendships and connections that softball has enabled me to make with others. These connections are made between teammates, coaches, fans, etc. These are bonds that I will have and treasure for a lifetime.
Who has been the biggest supporter of your career: I have so many supportive people in my life, but my biggest supporter/ fan is my mom. She has made so many sacrifices and has gone above and beyond to get me to where I am today. I am so grateful for her support and love.
Why she chose to commit to California: I chose Cal because I wanted to get a top notch education, while playing four years of division one softball. Also, I wanted to stay as close to my hometown as possible because I have younger siblings and I wanted to still be involved in their sports, school, and, furthermore, just continue to be involved in their lives.
