Biographical Information
Kaysha Love comes from a very athletic family, where all her immediate family members played college basketball or volleyball. Love competed in gymnastics as a child and became a Level 10 gymnast before giving it up in high school because of injuries. Love then proceeded to excel further in track and field, where she became a star at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in the sprint distances.
Love did not try bobsled until she was invited to a push camp by USA Bobsled in October 2020. Sixteen months later, Love made her Olympic debut at the Olympic Winter Games Beijing 2022, where she finished seventh in 2-woman bobsled as a push athlete for Kaillie Humphries. In 2023, she became a pilot, and in her second full season driving a sled, she was the monobob world champion.
In her free time, Love coaches youth gymnastics and is a big fan of the outdoors.
