Began swimming at age 11...He has spastic paraplegia...The Sycamore alum made his senior international debut at the London Games...He took time away from swimming following the 2012 Paralympic Games in London and returned to training in late 2013...He has served as an assistant swimming coach at Terre Haute South High School...Son of Eric and Nola Austin...Has one older brother, Adam...Member of the Pi Kappa Phi fraternity...Nickname is EA Swim
