• Won her first FIVB medal in 2013 when she and partner Summer Ross finished second at the Phuket Open in Thailand
• Was named the USA Volleyball Beach Team of the Year in 2011 with Heather (Hughes) McGuire

• Flint/Day played in three Olympic qualifying events at the end of 2018. The finished tied for fifth at four-stars in Qinzhou, China and Las Vegas, Nevada
• Flint/Day played in five 2018 AVP events and won in Seattle and San Francisco
• Played in six 2018 FIVB events with Betsi Flint. Best finish was first at three-star in Haiyang, China
• Started 2018 season with Brittany Hochevar. The pair broke up after 25th-place finish at FIVB four-star in Fort Lauderdale
• Paired with Brittany Hochevar in 2017; duo had a best finish of fifth-place on the FIVB World Tour. On the domestic AVP Tour, they won three and finished third on two occasions

• Made her FIVB debut in 2011, her breakout season on the World Tour was 2013 when she played in 11 tournaments with three different partners, playing second with Summer Ross in Phuket
• Made her beach volleyball debut in 2007, on the AVP Tour, while still in college with her Loyola Marymount teammate Heather Hughes
• Since 2007, Day has won three AVP tournaments and finished on the podium 15 times
• Took gold at the 2012 World University Championships with Summer Ross
• Took silver at the 2011 World University Games and finished fourth at the 2011 Pan American Games with Hughes
• Has won four NORCECA Tour events since 2009, including her NORCECA and international debut in Jamaica in 2009
• Played outside hitter for Loyola Marymount’s women’s indoor team where she totaled more than 1,500 kill and 1,000 digs
• First Team All West Coast Conference in 2007 and 2008 and West Coast Conference All-Academic Team in 2006, ’07 and ‘08
