Son of Juliette Smith and Daryl Homer...Has one sibling, D'Meca...Born in the U.S. Virgin Islands and moved to New York with his mother and sister at age 5...Began fencing at age 11 after reading about it in the dictionary...Within fencing, his greatest influence has been Keeth Smart, the first American men’s saber fencer to earn a No. 1 world ranking, and also a former coach and mentor of his...Serves as a brand ambassador for a charity called Fencing in the Schools with the goal of introducing fencing to children all over America...Hobbies include reading, photography, taking long walks, watching movies and listening to music...Four-time NCAA All-American (2009-13)...If he were not an athlete, would pursue a career in marketing.
