Cohen took up para-snowboarding in 2010. In 2006, she fractured her tibia in a snowboarding accident. Three years later, she was diagnosed with a bone infection in her ankle joint and had to have her leg amputated below the knee after numerous operations...Works as a paramedic and firefighter...Daughter of Verena Cohen...Has two siblings, Lorraine and Elio...Married to Jorge Moral...Has one daughter, Taylor...Hobbies include biking, hiking and paddle boarding...Fluent in Spanish...Enjoys cooking and baking but doesn't not like sweets...Volunteer at the Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center in her free time.
