Yo yo yo wassup ya'll, I go by the name of B-boy Jeffro and I'm super excited to kick off this IG takeover. I am actually here in Brazil, getting ready for this Olympic qualifier because breaking is going to be an Olympic sport in 2024, so I'm super excited about that, but we have got to go through all these Olympic qualification processes first. So we're here, getting ready, I have some down time so I wanna let y'all in on the life of how I prepare and get ready for competitions. So, feel free to ask questions, send me tips or food spots because your boy is hungry!

Q: What's the most rewarding part of breaking?
A: The most rewarding part about of Breaking lies outside of its competitive nature. Break is a form of self expression, so being able to create, innovate, inspire, and give back to the community is what moves me and the culture.
Q: What kind of physical training do you do to be a strong breakdancer?
A: FitBreak is a strength and conditioning program I created. It's designed to train your body with Breaking-like movements (with lower impact). I tried not to plug myself in, but I couldn't hold it in lol.
Q: Where do you gain your inspiration from?
A: This one goes to my family and crew (Rock All Day Crew). From the style to the creative process, my circle is full of geniuses and caregivers that's always challenging the status quo, while uplifting one another.
Signing off
