Stefanoni went to Harvard University to play college squash, where she won two team championships in three seasons. After college, she turned professional and after a year of playing on the Professional Squash Association (PSA), became the fifth U.S.-born player to reach the world’s top twenty rankings.

Stefanoni represented Team USA at the Pan American Games 2023 Santiago, winning a bronze medal in women’s individual event. Stefanoni has represented Team USA at individual and team world championships, winning a silver with Team USA at 2024 Women’s Squash World Team Championships.

Off the court, Stefanoni graduated from Harvard with a degree in astrophysics and economics. She is one of four siblings, and they all attended Harvard, including her brother, Enzo, who played baseball, and younger sister, Lucie, who plays squash. Her parents also attended Harvard and were both athletes: her mom played squash, and her dad played rugby.
