Biographical Information

Laneah Bryan was born in Weatherford, Texas, and grew up spending time in both El Paso, Texas, and Albuquerque, New Mexico.  She was a standout basketball player in high school, first winning a state title in New Mexico as a sophomore and ending her prep career as an All-City MVP in El Paso.

Bryan attended New Mexico on a basketball scholarship, playing in over 120 career games in four seasons with the Lobos. She picked up flag football after college, starting at first by playing in a competitive league in El Paso in 2019. Four years later, Bryan made the U.S. Women’s Flag Football Team and competed at the 2024 IFAF World Championships, helping the U.S. secure its third consecutive world title.

Off the field, Bryan is co-owner of MountainStar Solar and G.O.A.T. Roofing and Construction in El Paso.
