Double Whammy for Tara Davis-Woodhall at the LA Grand Prix

Once I got out into the field, I never left. I'm just shook to be able to be back hurdling and doing long jump the way I love to. I feel like I haven't been on track in a minute ... it's just nice to be back.

The legend herself (Allyson Felix). There are so many legends. Brittney Reese, Tianna Madison, Carmelita Jeter. Everyone's an inspiration to me. Everyone that gets on the track shows up for themselves. That's inspirational in itself.

I literally texted Masai and said, 'How do I start?' She's defined all freaking odds in the hurdles.

I want to inspire the next generation of athletes to just not be afraid to do one event. Do multiple events. We do it in high school all the time. We do it in college. Why can't we do it on the pro level? I just want athletes to just reach their stars and be the best versions of themselves.

I'm just here. I'm just playing. We'll figure out LA28 when we get there.
